Spotlight Projects

Shale Bins

Providing quality products in a timely fashion is something we pride ourselves on at Western. This month we are highlighting these abilities through the latest Shale Bin project. The Western Team has been tasked to complete six units (start to finish, including paint!) of 40’ long x 8’ high x 11’ wide shale bins in two and a half weeks!

Vertical 3-Phase Separator

The Western GP Team recently fabricated a 36” 3 phase vertical separator. The purpose of this unit is to separate well fluids from oil and gas wells into gaseous and liquid products. This separation is required to take a raw product and recover a saleable product or a fuel gas to run other components on the locations.

Western Manufacturing is very focused on the pressure vessel and piping sector as demonstrated by our development of this sophisticated separator that comes complete with ALL the bells and whistles needed to effectively monitor and separate materials.

Invert Tanks

Our latest Invert Tank project was completed over the Christmas season. These tanks, (1) 100m3 master invert tank, (2) 100m3 slave invert tanks, and (1) line crossing, were painted and ready to go in just over 5 weeks!
